Exchange & Returns
Returning and exchanging?
We only accept items returned to us within 30 days from the date your order was dispatched. Please note, all items must be returned to us in the same condition as it was received before a refund or exchange is issued.
Please email us at happy@teeandtoast.com as soon as possible to confirm that you wish to return or exchange a product. We will then email you a returns application form and instructions on how to return an item.
We are very happy to exchange or refund a product as long as it is unworn or unused. Please be very careful when trying Tee and Toast garments on. Watch out for anything that could stain the product, we’re thinking... make-up, deodorant or sticky fingers!
I’d like to exchange an item…
Once we’ve received your item we are happy to exchange it for a different size, design or colour. You’ll be required to pay postage and will be advised by email how much this will cost.
I’d like to return an item…
All returns are processed within three working days of receipt. When your return has been processed you will be informed by email that you have been refunded.
Some small print:
- Items that are returned to us after 30 days will fall outside our return policy will not be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Free UK & IRE delivery does not apply to returned goods and a postage fee will be charged.
- Seconds and sale items are non-refundable.
- When returning an item to us for refund or exchange, you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. When sending anything back to us please retain proof of posting from your postal service, incase we do not receive it. You may wish to send it recorded for extra peace of mind. We are not responsible for returned damaged goods or items that fail to reach us.
Damaged or incorrect goods?
If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please contact our friendly customer care team by emailing happy@teeandtoast.com quoting your name, order number and details about the problem.
