tee and toast

Unfortunately you will no longer find our bright stall at St George’s Market Belfast

  • sadly we are no longer trading at st george's market

  • after 16 years of trading we have ended our st george's market journey

  • you can now find us at our Portrush shop!

We loved spending our weekends there – the buzz of local people mixing with tourists, the kaleidoscope of colour, all the different fab foods & of course the good old Belfast banter! But after 16 years and covid in the mix of things, we reassessed what was best for our family and relocated back to the North Coast. You really should pay a visit to all the other wonderful stalls as most of Belfast's best-kept secrets are there…

We now have our own bricks & mortar shop in Portrush which has given us the flexibility to fit in family life as well as keep the love of tee and toast alive.

In fact, Tee and Toast all began right here! In this very shop. My legendery Uncle Joe’s fishing tackle shop!

When he retired he passed down a t-shirt heat press along with a stack of vintage transfers that he knew I’d been drawn to whilst working in his shop. And just like that a t-shirt company began to brew - all thanks to Uncle Joe.

10 of the Best… Markets

“This is as much for entertainment as your five-a-day. Musicians serenade you around the Victorian market hall and you may catch a fashion show or food festival. Fridays are for those who want familiar veg, a nice bit of fish and the odd antique. Saturdays are for thrills. That’s when American cookie-makers and chocolatiers move in along with purveyors of fancy local meats and cheeses, continental pastries, speciality teas and pasta and Caribbean snacks. There are also plant and flower stalls and an abundance of arts and crafts.”
